Extra care from the extremely great and polite staff...

Modern building and rooms with a good shower. The staff - NICE and incredible. Central location and walk from a bus station. Walking distance to a supermarket and a convenience shop across the street.

Check in was fast, hotel was modern, locations was excellent inside the shopping center called Maruzen. Truly enjoyed how the modern room with a good shower was arranged when we arrived. Location: the property was near other retail shops, Alpico Plaza, which is the bus terminal for Matsumoto and has a supermarket and the train station and town centre. The place was near Shinshusunaba, where you can have dinner.

Huge room, large beds and good size bathroom. Bonus point for central heating and a writing desk. Location near department store, Kamikochi and the Matsumoto castle👍

Clean and modern facilities.

The heat in the hotel was unbearable. Even in light clothing, I couldn't find comfort in the common areas, and sleep was impossible due to the warmth of the capsule. If they could just regulate the temperature, this place would be perfect.

I loved the cozy ambiance of the common lounge and the excellent bathroom facilities. The free bike rental made exploring Matsumoto a breeze! I'd definitely choose this place again.

Capsule beds not comfortable for sleeping. Free bicycle rental is a great perk for exploring nearby attractions.

I stayed for 2 nights during a wedding celebration and this place exceeded my previous experience in matsumoto. The location was super convenient, right next to the train station, and the amenities provided were abundant and helpful. The communal bath was perfect.

The capsules feel spacious with their private cubics. The free amenities in the shared bathroom, like towels and razors, were a nice touch. The hotel is right in front of the bus stop from tokyo, and the staff were great too find me a replacement for my lost face wash. They really care about their guests!

Perfect Capsule Stay Near the Station!

During my two nights alone, I found the capsule experience refreshing. Super clean facilities paired with a convenient location made returning from daily adventures easy. The shower rooms were fantastic, and I enjoyed interacting with fellow travelers over breakfast. A few Japanese phrases helped navigate the staff!

The Double Room, Non-Smoking offers a decent amount of space. Despite other issues, the bathroom amenities are of good quality, which adds a bit of comfort .

Access to the lobby only happens via the 6th floor, especially with heavy luggage. The washing machines leave clothes smelling off, most likely due to poor soap dispensing functionality. I noticed a large stain on the curtains which raises doubts about the overall cleanliness of the place. The pajamas provided felt unwashed, leading to itchiness-definitely not a pleasant experience. Thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms, which might disrupt some guests' sleep. Oh, and the mattress? Stiff as a board.
